Rates for Traditional Sports, Myofacial, Swedish:
30 minute session - $50
60 minute session - $65
90 minute session - $95
*Add $10 for Thai Yoga Massage, or for Hot Rocks treatment.
Special CrossFit Member Rates (any box):
30 minute session - $40
60 minute session - $55
90 minutes session - $85
On-Site & In-Home:
Same rate structure applies plus a $15 travel fee for locations in the general Nashua area. For other locations, please inquire — we'll work something out.

Licensed Massage Therapist Stephanie Bedaw is versed in a multitude of different massage modalities such as, myofascial release, deep tissue, sports massage, ROM, hot stone, Swedish, and Thai Yoga massage. She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
